Do you know enjoy being a troll in the Cityplace threads? Just curious.

I have lived in Luna as well since March 2010. My girlfriend and I own our suite and we make every effort to ensure Property Management enforces a standard. This includes reporting excessive noise from parties on our floor, keeping a neighbour watch type of attitude and doing our best to...

You're comparing a well established park in Trinity Bellwoods to a newly developed Canoe Landing park? Yeah I prefer the C300 over the Camry as well.

Let's be fair here. The renters at Cityplace aren't any better. I can take a picture tonight of N from my Luna balcony to show you the crap people store and Christmas lights from last year. I think most TCHC residents "try" in life. I prefer people who try over rich kids who feel a sense...

As a resident of Luna, I agree with this. TCHC wasn't the issue as you can't expect to live downtown Toronto without a mix of different classes and incomes. My problem was/still is with the 43 story building. A 12 to 15 story building would be just perfect to go along with the schools and...

Haters love to hate. I think some members here have made it their full time job to come down hard on Cityplace for every single detail. I ain't saying its the most spectular part of Toronto. But its a lot better than other places. And what's with the whole thing about adding mega retail...

This already happens at Cityplace. I know since I live there. There are tons of "wasted youth" that reside there. They are rude and a pita to come across. I don't know how some parents raised their kids nowadays...

A quick google search already tells us that the special preview sales took place Sept. 11th and 12th.

Don't feel too bad. I'm sure this was priced into the cost of their suites as anything else would be. There are only so many "good" suites in a condo and the rest are "dog" suites.

Is it just me or does anyone else think this is a good thing? I personally love that Cityplace is a little disconnected from the rest of downtown. As a resident, I personally wouldn't be able to stand all the traffic and noise coming from more retail shops in Cityplace. They are opening up a...

    CityPlace Condos

Let's face it, "zombies" are everywhere. Its not just Cityplace. I was in Etobicoke last month for my sister's condo warming party at iLofts. Tons of zombies everywhere leaving beer bottles in the elevator. Up until then, I thought it was only CP that suffered this fate. If you trash...

Congrats on the purchase and enjoy your new building. Its an exciting time I bet. Don't worry about the haters. I own a unit at Cityplace so I'm very used to the bashing from a select few that goes on. The reality is no condo comes out how its rendered by an artist. The haters are either...

    Toronto Toronto | Quartz at Concord CityPlace | 131.97m | 41s | Concord Adex | RAW Design

You're paying a premium for location. I don't want to make people feel worse but I paid $375/sq ft for Luna, $25,000 for my parking spot and $3000 for my locker. Plus $3000 to upgrade to a combo (locker behind parking spot and closer to elevator). That was way back in 2006.

Future ghetto? I laugh everytime I hear that. There are a lot of CityPlace haters in on this board. Some still live with their parents while others overpaid for another condo and think they are "better" than everyone else. Has anyone checked out the finishes inside the new Parade building...

I think PDIs have started. I see the Concord Complimentary Parking sign pointing towards Parade I. They used the same sign when I had my PDI at Luna.

Luna Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

First off, congrats and welcome to Luna. Are you at 8 Telegram Mews or 25 Caperol Court? My wifey and I bought the unit way back in May 2006 (pre-construction) and we've moved in since March 2010. As with any condo, there are defiencies in the suite that we needed to resolve, however...

Who pays hydro during occupancy phase...

You will end up paying for it eventually. When our condo was occupied, the builder asked us to sign up for a Hydro account. The bill came 2 months later.
