we are on 26th floor and don't hear anything on our floor, above or below. the unit next door has sold, so lets hope no one noisy moves in !

Has anyone heard anything about the entry system? has the part arrived yet that they were waiting for? also Our flooring seems to be fine now, guess it likes this time of year.

wow that is low, will prob see a difference now the weather doesn't necessitate the AC being on, and will try and use appliances at night and see how that goes, thanks all for your reply's.

who should I contact? management? one of us is always home, and we have AC on all time at mo, (doesn't seem to help the flooring problem) and 2 computers always on, we try and do laundry in evening and dishwasher. but talking to other condo owners still seems a little high.

we don't have bouncing, just a cracking noise when we walk on it. also told was humidity and we have had our AC on all the time !! maybe thats why our last hydro bill is $140!! anyone else have high hydro bills? we are in a one bed plus den.

cleaning Does anyone else hate the smell of the cleaning products that are being used, not sure if its the carpet cleaning, but some days it smells like a public toilet in the lobby, a clean one, but overpowering toilet fresh.

flooring Does anyone have any idea why our laminate floor makes a cracking sound as we walk on it? had issues with it separating in the winter too, but that seems to have resolved with the change in climate. humidity levels I guess.

I don't appreciate being dictated too.... but the patio is a let down.

yes inside and out, I think the view is an out lol. I don't think its the place to bash anyone's choice of patio decoration though.

Have you seen the sign that is attached to the potential building site. will attend the public meeting when the date is posted.

I know the view was going to be blocked a little someday, but think the land size is too small for a high rise (hopefully) just hope it takes them a while to build if they get the go ahead. I bet the people in the Royal York Hotel thought they had a lovely south view back in 1929.lol

yes we got the $900 bill too, looking through all the papaer work, I can't see anything about blinds being extra or an option, will forward to our lawyer and let him deal with it.

Anyone have problems with their granite counter tops staining? I left a bottle of oilve oil on ours, and now have a nice ring stain. any ideas on how to get it of? or should I contact the granite company?

Well as far as I can tell, we can all access all floors at the moment, I accidentley pressed another floor after swiping my fob then pressed my floor, my partner asked Alex today and he said they have decided to let us access all floors as we may make friends in the building and need to get to...
