I am guessing they are done with concrete very soon? How long does everything else take?

These are from the 4th, going up fast seems like a floor a week. Probably done with the concrete in about 2 months at this rate?

I don't think it's paint, it's stain and since the concrete is porous it will absorb in as well. I think it will hold up very well long term.

It's just prefab concrete they add the colour after. Look at the pinnacle Toronto east thread for an example they are adding the colour to it now.

The first and last picture I posted are from the sidewalk directly in front of the building.

Didn't realize how massive this condo is.

Will they paint it though? The problem when it's just concrete is it looks terrible after it rains as it dries unevenly and just looks dirty.
