Since they actually started construction the timeline is fine. They just didn't start until last year. I think because they are self funded and we're using their resources on one Yonge maybe?
January 2021 they started drilling.

Previous to that my friend was told November 2021 move-in 🤣. Guess it’s good for investors that bought units dirt cheap way back when, but bad for those that actually wanted a place to live the past 2 years + another year or 2 going forward

Thanks for the pictures. It looks like one floor up every month.
I bought a 2BR unit. said the occupancy will be Nov 2024. is that still true? I may have to sell it. not sure how much it could be on current market?

Not a chance. The fastest buildings go up is one floor a week which takes you to next summer for topping out (but you also need to factor in winter weather delays between now and March). And maybe another year for building envelope (windows, cladding) and interior finishes. Plus 6-12 months industry standard delay. But this one is not at one floor a week.
