Given very weak condo sales downtown Toronto and stronger sales in the suburbs (lower prices per sqft), it'll be interesting to see what projects break ground next spring/summer.

I do want to raise though, your posts (and others) seem to be focused on 150M+ buildings.

The thread title is 100M list.

Perhaps in consultation w/the Mods, its either time to re-title the thread, or to set up a new one that is expressly for 150M+

You're right. I blame @UrbanDan as I was updating their counts. Adjusting my post for both is easy enough to do, so I will do so shortly.

I'm too lazy to look up the exact numbers (and skyscrapercenter no longer allows it in the free tier), but I'll do a rough comparison using approximate figures from those charts:
