If you read posts from the previous page and check the components of the thread title, you'll see that it's owned in part by Amexon, the same company that constructed South Beach immediately to the north of it, and that It's zoned for a 41-storey tower. When the owners are ready to develop, we'll get news!

This plot is now owned by Prombank Group and apparently the new owners recently put a fencing around the area and ruined the dog park that it was becoming.
Such a scrooge !
 
They now should ask for taller here considering what's proposed directly across the street
I agree. I don't see that shadows can be a problem here and it makes sense when one looks everything that is being proposed in the area.

Hopefully we'll see some activity with this development soon...
 
Prombank sounds just like a bank in Russia would be called. I doubt there's any connections here, but just a small curiousity.
