I've discovered that curtains, drapes and shades - used individually or in combination - can block out city lights.
Otherwise, these lights can be quite pleasant at night.

OCAD was here first and is a neighbourhood landmark. I'd prefer OCAD was properly lit up like it used to be to be honest.

I'd really like to get into this building. Unfortunately, there aren't many units for sale in this building.

I was there the other day...I really like it. Should be nice in the Summer when they get the BBQ and water feature going.
Sadly, I was approached to purchase here 2-3 years ago and declined. I'm kicking myself now.

I guess it depends on the size of unit you are seeking b/c I received an email from the developer still looking to off-load units.

MLS is only showing one townhome for sale, http://www.mls.ca/propertyDetails.aspx?propertyId=8159526. You could also contact the developer (Camrost-Felcorp) directly.

I doubt the developer has any units left. Anyone know how many units are in the building?

yup, none left...a 1bedroom was sold for around $230K a few weeks ago...never even hit mls.
