Um, Phase 2 is 27 storeys, not 28.

At first blush, the West Harbour City towers don't stand out. But their understated looks belie a retro-style elegance reminiscent of buildings such as the Empire State Building. I feel a little nostalgic, so I do like the architecture.

It's good to be unique...

Yes, and by far. Its Toronto's tallest castle.

What material is the facade made out of? Anyone know?

Exterior is pre-cast with brick motif finished in a terra cotta epoxy application
