Yet another exciting, dynamic high rise. I so wish that high-rise proposals like this had have started rolling out ten years ago, we'd be well on our way now to firmly establishing a more edgy, progressive skyline than what we have now. But some good things are happening (ICE, Bisha, L Tower, Shangri-la, Market Wharf, Aura etc.) and we do have a dozen or so real lookers now completed or nearing completion.

That is beautiful! So nice to see less boring designs. Although the slightly rotated balcony thing seems to be getting done a lot now.

Right on, also dont forget some of the upcoming already approved projects in sales, (Exhibit Residences, Parkside, Pier27-3, Yorkville Condos, Theatre Park, Delta Hotel, Emerald Park, Chaz, Canada Tower, Studio, Tableau, etc)....these are all different from what we have been used to, should be a good future mix.:)

very nice indeed!

Beautiful building BUT it sits in a useless patch of grass, with no relationship to the street. Aside from the density, this building does nothing to encourage a vibrant, walkable, urban community. No one wants to walk along along streets when buildings fail to create a sense of place. This should never be approved by our local governing authorities. It's no better than the garbage that lines Eglington in Etobicoke. Random towers. Radiant City anyone? No thanks. Such an outdated way of thinking. Line the podium with townhouses or retail (if there's demand). Another missed opportunity and another contribution to making Etobicoke a car-oriented wasteland.

Very nice point tower, and interesting to see different tints of glass as part of the design.

great dimensions of this building, and yes, the renders look fantastic.
building such towers outside the downtown core: a toronto thing! :D
