Beautiful building BUT it sits in a useless patch of grass, with no relationship to the street. Aside from the density, this building does nothing to encourage a vibrant, walkable, urban community. No one wants to walk along along streets when buildings fail to create a sense of place.

Don't expect to see the completed project situated quite as shown in the rendering. In render world, the highlighted project is invariably shown in isolation amidst "idyllic" parkland, whereas the reality here will be a more densely packed urban setting, not unlike the spacing between buildings already under construction on the Etobicoke Waterfront. Lakeside of Lago will be parkland nevertheless.

I like the fact that at the top, there seems a penthouse section that might also hold the mechanical components of the towers. Thus, the mechanicals will be nicely integrated into the architecture, rather than some big eyesore on top. However, the tower is shown from a perspective in the renderings that might conceal an additional ugly structure on top, which would be a shame if true.

Also, if it's fronting the popular parkland of the Etobicoke waterfront, it should offer a retail space fronting the waterfront for a social business like restaurant, cafe, or pub. I noticed last summer that at least one development at the Humber Bay waterfront has already gotten the ball rolling, but unfortunately, it's one of the few so far. (In fact, it may be the only one.)

this look like because the rending include sunset reflection on glasses.
without that, this's just a high-rise cube condo with balconies all around on each floor.
the unique thing is each set of 4 floors are tilted slightly and identified in different shades of colour on windows.

something like 12degree but in a bigger scale.
