Its all going to depend on the materials...
It looks very promising, but without the glass with the polygon motifs and the dose of accentuating blue, it would be fairly unremarkable. They have to take advantage of that Yonge street frontage for retail.
Really? We're excited about this? It's just a whole load of nothing.
How 'public' is this building? So far it's just a waste of space unless you're a Ryerson student. Are we even allowed in it? What am I to do — sit and read with a bunch of 20-year-old hipsters?
I don't see much room for proper 'retail'; that's probably going to be a café (Starbucks).
And, it's ugly.
