This thread is meant for multiplexes going up on streets designated as Avenues. They are usually mixed use and will start trending higher as new zoning is digested.

The first is at 1472 Dundas West while the second is at 1182 Queen East.

I would suggest renaming this as Avenues and Major Streets. Not all major streets are avenues, and we do have as-of-right up to 60 units on major streets now.

Obviously, a 60 unit building will merit its own thread, but it will be interesting to see how many multiplexes above 4 units but below 10 or 12 appear on such streets, and those are projects we could follow here.
 
^^Thanks and will add that though only adding a floor this building is quite deep so the new level might contain several units.

To construct a new three-storey detached mixed-used building with a rear ground floor patio, a rear second floor partially covered deck with stairs, and a rear third floor deck with stairs. There will be one commercial unit on the ground floor and basement, one residential dwelling unit on the second floor, and one residential dwelling unit on the third floor.
