Condo docs say exterior is majority double glazed window-wall system, remainder is acrylic EIFS finish and/or sealed concrete.

Yeah, I'm curious too. The renderings look promising, so seeing some of the first pieces of cladding go up will be interesting. Given the height of the tower, I don't think it's that far off now.
I thought there might be some beginnings of glass and panels being installed, but not quite yet.
