That's some serious big-city density vibes thanks to this one project helping fill out the area. Apart from the orange, it's a good scale, reasonable ground level treatment and good use of the rooftop PVs.

Well at least they changed the nasty blue (in between the orange bands) to grey. That should help a little.

I went by this one today and it did look somewhat better than what I thought it would, unfortunately didn’t think of taking a picture. It was all lit by sunshine and orange accents were very bright. That brown was also a lot like rose gold in the sun.

Definitely stands out against the gray and beige surrounding it. lol. Leaving off the orange would have made a big difference.

Change the orange to black and we have decent filler. 7/10 simply for turning that wretched corner into something useful.

At the risk of being ostracized, I like the orange. The change from blue (in the rendering) to grey (in the as-built) made a huge (positive) difference. I actually like how this turned out. 7/10 (considering it is affordable housing).
