So, a new DP is in for this site, by FAAS Architecture, not MODA (who did the original design). Not sure if this is still a RNDSQR project or not. It doesn't appear on their website:

Yes, unfortunately (for us) RNDSQR decided not to proceed with our Village project and subsequently sold the property to Eagle Crest Construction who are now developing the project with FAAS. I have yet to see what the project looks like.

It looks very much like a FAAS design, which is okay. I generally like the stuff they've done. I really liked the original from Moda, but this is solid.

Looks like they are now calling it 'Bankview 19-4' on the EagleCrest website.

Hope this turns out well. Back in the day was nervous of rndsqr's initial plan given it was their first proposed multifamily project, combined with its obvious potential for value engineering post-beautiful render. Feelings that are maybe justified by CY33, as well as Grow's protracted timeline. Unclear whether Eagle Crest is a better bet.
