anyone know is this intended to be a complex of buildings over time? seems like theyve cleared such a large area for just one building.

This thing is going so slow. Is it like a hospital, and super complicated to build because of all of the specialized infrastructure for care?

I would guess so. Judging by the overall shape and design it looks more complicated than the average building.
