This has nothing to do with construction, but every time I hear of this project's name, it reminds me of some raunchy 80s college movie. I can just picture John Belushi driving that Dean up the wall.

The townhomes look to be topped out. I find it strange that none of the units seem to have at grade entrances!

Their townhomes have at grade entrance for every unit. The front of the first floor is a smaller unit and the back is the garage. Then the front and back of the second and third floor are two separate units both with a street facing entrance and a staircase right after you enter. So there are three entrances at street level
