I’d imagine the developer is responsible for properly restoring the road and sidewalk with the proper pavers at some point as construction advances?

It's my understanding that Alley Burger will continue operating.

Can confirm it is still operating now. Access is only off of Riverwalk which has a gate that is opened when Alley Burger is open. The south access is closed off with fencing and the gate is shut to close off north access at all other times.

I almost feel sorry for this contractor. They are trying to work inside a postage stamp - having to re-stage the materials constantly and tip-toeing around to ensure they don't damage any of the already completed forms.

A busy day on site today with steel beams being unloaded and what I'm guessing is the main construction crane getting set up.
