The plans for the Utah arena require them to renovate basically half of it during the off-season (where they are playing is designed as an NBA stadium). The current set-up means if you are sitting in the upper level, you basically can't see below the hash marks on the end you are at. I was able to go inside the arena this past June, when they had the ice in, as they were doing season ticket sales and you could go "see your view". Talking with their project PM, he said that they will just get through this season, then basically when the lights go out after the last game, they rip out one end of the arena and rebuild it to push the seats back / improve the view. Then, play another season with only one end of the arena with bad seats, and then repeat the process for the other end when that season ends.
