Thanks for all the updates for this. It's turning out to be a great looking building, far better than I thought it would. I bike past this one all the time and have never paid that much attention to it, but I guess I should.
 
Very impressed with this small project. One that flew under the radar when it was proposed.

I saw what looked like dancers up in one of the windows the other day, so I assume Decidedly Jazz must have moved in already.

Nice to see the finished product!
 
Nice shot UW, only two weeks after my last pic, but it look much more finished. BB, they have indeed moved in.
