With the Glenmore Apartments going in across the street, some developer might get the itch to do something with the old Jack Carter... Difficult location though right on Macleod and Glenmore, they'd need some vision.

Strong render, well suited to the location. Design has a nice punch with what I assume is faux wood coupled with some timeless black. And no SQUARE!

With projects like this and the others in the area more thought and time needs to be put into how people who live here will access Chinook station. Currently it’s a pretty long, uninviting walk up MacLeod to the endless crosswalks through the interchange. Wonder if something can be done over Glenmore. You’ve got MacLeod well covered, now do Glenmore.
