That Wexford project could tie directly into the Centre St/11 Ave Green Line station. I wonder if construction would be timed to go along with Green Line construction.

Aren't they moving in fall 2022? So that would be a decent amount of time still before groundbreaking

Im very very confident that the podium of the 9th avenue mixed use will resemble the monolithic feel of WVT, maybe it'll look a bit better since its developer is OP, but still...

Would've been cool to see this proposal go-ahead for that site. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the market to design something so expensive. However, my gut says that their current rendering of the two towers will likely be changed a fair bit before it breaks ground.
