Judging from these pics, and assuming a similar depth to tower 1, looks like they're somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 depth of excavation.

The people with the loudest voices are not reflective of conditions on the ground - and haven't been for a long time. Probably true in most places, but notably true here.

Along with the developments along 10th Ave nearby, that is going to be one dense area that had previously zero population.

The Beltline flywheel is speeding up. The more people move to the Beltline -> the more interesting it becomes -> the more people want to live there -> the more development is incentivized
