It's just so Toronto. Even has the pointless, narrow balconies hanging off the corner
 
Is there even room to sit while you take in that view? Lot of effort put in to the construction for a view that is also completely exposed to the elements.
 
Pretty impressive for a city Calgary's size that we'll soon have 7 residential towers at or over 125 meters (410 ft), with the additional Telus Sky making it 8, which will have ~130 meters of residential, and not including Arris West.
 
I really like the way this whole project has turned out. In my opinion, it's even better than the renders. The street retail and added downtown population will be a big win, and will hopefully show developers that developing along the tracks is both possible and lucrative.

We're really friggin lucky in this city, to be getting such massive developments like this. One of the biggest hotels in the country, plus one of the tallest residential towers in the province. Double thumbs up.
