I believe they already had a parking garage underneath. Hopefully they just expanded it.
They moved some of the parking to the back, so still a parking lot involved, but also an improvement over the first design.Did they remove all the parking, or just put it in the back (or underground)? I like that they moved the building up to the street, but the reality is buildings like this still need to be accessed by cars to some extent.
I recall from previous discussion on here that the original plan was adjusted and approved to move the parking from the front to the back so the structure is right against 14th Street.Is the parking facing 14St? this project is a total fail if it is...
