This has turned out to be a great little project. Love the heavy use of red brick. Not common here.

Wow that looks better than I imagined this project could. Why the hell can't all projects of this scale be brick instead of goddamn stucco!?!
I wonder if they are going to paint the brick white like it is in the rendering? Either way it looks good. Calgary could definitely use more of these types of developments.

Awesome! This is what every low/midrise building should look like. The Anthem project on Memorial is kind of close but it should have replicated this building more (less Hardy board, stucco, fake wood).

It's a tough call. White paint on brick looks great, but so does brown brick. Either way, it's a win.

Why does every building in Calgary have to have a setback on the corner? Overall, It's not bad. I wish the windows were wider and had used white brick.

Really good question, doesn't make sense to me either
I wonder if they still might paint it white. The rendering shows a light, almost white colored brick.
Slow progress of late, but still progress. Nice to see the construction fence boards gone, and now just a wired fence. We can at least see the streetscape of the building, and so far looks good. We dodged a bullet by having the parking moved to the back.
