The design is actually pretty good. Depending on what materials they use, I'd go as far as to say it could actually turn out quite pretty. Very Gondor-esque but in the 21st century
Mckinley Burkart does solid stuff. You can expect good materials and good detail. That combined with Certus who has also done some nice little projects, and this one should turn out nicely.
 
The Spider Block looks good. The one in the above post isn't bad. It does have too much of that replica big box warehouse look with the choices in finishes.

Something about it does have a bit of that 'new style outlet centre mall' look, but for the most part a nice boutique building. It's form is nice, but it's function is great. It's transformed Britannia Plaza.
