When is the scheduled completion date? Didn't they want it done by Stampede or something? At the pace they've been going with the tiling, I can't see them making that deadline.

iirc the outside of the building is due for completion in October, but the inside would be open before that. Canada day they are allowing the public to stroll through it for free.
