They are the same as the frame around the entire window area, or close to anyways.

Yeah agreed. I don't think it would've been THAT hard to, you know, make it a less prominent colour.
Nonetheless, looking up from the base of the tower you'd never even notice, and even looking at the tower from somewhat of a distance it's not crazily apparent.
Of course, when you zoom in on it, or look specifically for them, it's quite visible.
The building definitely could've done without them, but I'm just thankful they haven't wrecked the entire project.

I find them quite visible when viewing the tower from Stephen Avenue.

I notice window trim as well, but I'm also aware of the white frames. When I glance at the building quickly, I don't notice it as much.

Other then Telus, It will B interesting to ee who Takes Up the Office Space. For the Condo/Rental Apts I can only presume that they will B at the Least, Very Pricey".

The residences are executive rentals presumably for short to medium term lease. I am pretty sure that when this project was conceived, the plan was to market to the oil & gas industry. However that was 3-4 years ago when there was lot of activity ... company transfers, people coming and going from other locations etc. Now I don't know where that demand is going to come from.
