There were a few workers on site this morning in the pit area by the alley. Great to see stalled projects starting up again.

Whatever people might think of Caili’s and Cowboys, that corner was always busy. The gleaming new towers look good in the skyline, but completely sucked the street life from that part of downtown.🤬

It's one of the conversion properties mentioned by the city so maybe, just maybe, they're getting to work on this one.
