Materials are going up, and the late beige material looks promising. I was expecting it to be plain flat paneling, but it’s got a nice looking texture to it. Similar to the one at Lynbrook Manor.
Also, getting installed is some brown wood styled paneling, which looks pretty decent so far.

I'm really liking how these mid-size buildings on 9A are integrating with the neighborhood. They are close to the action of 10th, but are tucked away in the back, so not looming over the much smaller buildings. You get the density, without losing the sunshine and human-scaled character of the main street.
