There's "I can't believe it's not wood!" and "I can't believe it's wood!"

Thank god this one in my neighbourhood falls in the former.

If you're going to make a product that's not wood but is supposed to have the traits of wood, you don't just call it a day once you've printed some wood grain on your vinyl.

It’s quite pleasant to walk by this place It integrates with the street very well, and the turnaround and skate park right in front make it feel like a plaza. I thought the balcony windows looked cheap when they were first put in, but now they are nicely shadowed by the balcony glass.

I like the face mount balcony rails, looks more complete to me somehow.

This has turned out better than I was expecting from the renderings. I don't know how much more expensive the materials were but they made a difference.

Stainless are corrosion resistant but will rust eventually.
