Too bad this wasn't brick at least on the front facade, it would make such a nice streetscape addition.

This is another feather in the “reduce opposition to Hillhurst/Sunnyside mid rise development” cap.
Now that we have St.John’s, Ezra, Kensington, Lido, Annex, Theodore coming, and this, it’ll be hard to oppose multi unless it’s shadowing half a dozen single family.

Loving it man! F*ckin love seeing this stuff. It is not a head turner or showstopper, but it locks the door open for head turners and showstoppers down the road.

Punched windows in the rendering were black frame and they opted for the base/cheap white. Already off to a VE'ed start
