Strange. I wouldn't have thought the color of the window frame would make much of a difference in cost. I would have thought the cost of black would only be slightly more.

Going vinyl or pvc the exterior colour options (most of the time) leave you with white or taupe as the only choice. There are some that can do a colour but it comes as a coating and I wonder how a black coating would hold up over time. Moving up to fibreglass, you can get inherent black but that's yet another tier of pricing.

Don't think you can do black vinyl, it's typically wrapped or clad in metal if it's black.

Looking a little more closely it does appear they are black with a white wrap. You can see it on a couple of the windows. Or am I out to lunch?

Good sleuthing folks. I'll reduce my complaint to just the window pattern falling short.
I can confirm, the white on the Windows is wrapping.
