I don't know if anyone remembers the original FCC design. The second tower looked much like the first, and was set for 64 floors. Looked totally cool. They later dropped it down to 57 floors, and then shelved it altogether. That original rendering seems to be MIA, though I believe it might be in a book called 'Unbuilt Calgary' or something similar.
The old Civic Centre proposal. I'm old enough to remember this one (yes, I'm that old) I was a kid at the time, and this was a quite a large drawn out affair, kind of similar to today's Green Line situation.

I recall a new police headquarters in the East Village before they scrapped it and moved into the old Nortel building in the NE. Is there a rendering out there of this?
There was also a really cool hotel proposal for Kensington that had a squash court on top. I think @Beazley66 might know more about that one.

Does anyone know anything about this or what's going on? It's by wallman architecture on 9th ave by the greyhound bus and that's pretty much everything I know. Is this going to be built?
