I could have lived with it, the newer version is much more palatable. The original version was plain old terrible.

Unpopular opinion, but I prefer Lausanne Montreux (second version) to this. IMO the street level is isn’t great for either design, but at least, with L & M, there is some major density.

Huge population burst coming to this intersection. What will the three buildings collectively hold? Like 1500ish people?

The building design is nothing special but the population burst is nice. Also in general the intersection at 10th Ave will be 100 times better.
