This could be a great spot to put some retail and restaurants. Maybe a food court. Or perhaps some retailer can split it up and have a number of floors of retail.
Maybe an smaller Holt Renfrew concept store or something similar to IT. in Hong Kong.

I definitely think you should go check it out. Don't mind the men in hard-hats tearing out walls. They're just on a real bad trip.
