sorry, but I can't find a thread with this info, and I wasn't previously aware of this project. I was walking by yesterday and saw the details. looks like another attempt at diversifying the club district.

look like they're knocking down the old club 'Joker' (and a bunch of the smaller houses surrounding it,) and putting up a 19 floor condo.

does anybody know anything about this?
