Hmm, laws of physics not going to apply to this one? What's going on with those rendered balconies?

Given how quickly the last 500 units located in the middle of an industrial complex sold, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't need properly rendered balconies to sell the next 250 or so.

This area will eventually all be condos, the industrial complexes will all be sold eventually....

Strip plaza on site has long been demolished. Shoring equipment and other machinery on site, officially under construction.

this project has been revised. Towers are now 36 & 35s towers in phase 1, with an 11 floor hotel, 8 floor office building, and additional 35 storey condo in future phases.

Also, Height is 116m, plus a few more that is unlabelled for the arched roof. Guessing total height is somewhere around 118m.

ah i see, I'm trying to figure out how to use this site or how you got that info from there but I'm failing hard LOL (I bought in Cosmos 3 so I was curious)

It is split up into 10 or so different files, so it's hard to link it.

How did you get to those files? I'm only able to access up until 2016 files

hit the blue "next" button on the map that pops up when you click the site on the map.
