Honestly, as much as I dislike some of these suburban planning monstrosities, it is great to see many malls adding density, housing that's walkable to places and providing a more urban option in more places.

Honestly, as much as I dislike some of these suburban planning monstrosities, it is great to see many malls adding density, housing that's walkable to places and providing a more urban option in more places.

Yes, I do feel some of the newer shopping areas are being developed with more density nearby in mind and there are also some interesting plans for residential around some older malls, such as Millwoods and Boonie Doon.

Highest and best use for more of your sites. Churches, outdated car dealerships and old malls are prime sites.
