What's that specific area like now? Curious what the townhomes go for resale I didn't see any on MLS.

Don't know what RiverTowne goes for re-sale, but Hamilton Street re-dos are now off-the-charts expensive, and new condos/townhouses are sprouting up all over (Broadview / Kintyre, e.g.). That little pocket (Broadview to Carroll, Dundas to Queen) might be one of the most cleaned-up areas in the city over the last 20 years, particularly now that Jilly's is being restored and repurposed. The Queen Street front has new condos, the park is great, the new townhouses are very nice.
