There is a ton of parking in and around there.The only gripe with Mikado at the Canada Permanent Building is the relative lack of parking in comparison with their current site.
How about Mikado at the old 7-11 on 109 St/102 Ave? That location would be a license to print money with the nightlife down the road and is kitty-corner from Save-On.
Can you provide more context on this?^I don't think HBC is serious about bringing back Zellers. It's more about their lawsuit.
