It is still a work in progress, so I feel it will look better when complete. For instance, I noticed they were doing some work on the windows earlier this week.

I am a brick lover, but the colour and style were dated and when complete the lower level will stand out nicely from the rest of the building.
 
Indigenous-owned Pei Pei Chei Ow is opening 'Bernadette's' to an undisclosed location on 104 Street. My uneducated guess is the former Bite of Brazil space, as lease signs are now down. OR perhaps Northern Chicken. Excited for this!


Chef Scott Iserhoff has been featured in many magazines including recently by National Geographic.

^ I did see the former Bite of Brazil space mentioned somewhere on LinkedIn it had been leased.

They have also been working on some sort of TI for the space where evoolution was (beside Black Pearl) for months now. Possibly it?

This is part of the same funding/project as Centennial Plaza. Also glad to see it completed.
 
Yup. I used to be able to do walk-ins last year to many places downtown I like going to during Fri/Sat, now? I have to sacrifice a goat to Zeus to even get an opportunity for it.

I would also like to state that month on month, it keeps getting busier and busier from my perspective.
