DECL has had a spring clean up event for over 15 years, we partnered with the DRC effort last year and will be doing it again this year.

I also keep my local block and park clean on a more than weekly basis and a bunch of Downtown volunteers stepped up during the pandemic to sweep and keep streets and parks clean.

I am sad that the City has not brought back the River Valley Cleanup event since the pandemic. Really a shame.

I know red is not the most popular colour now, but I do feel our downtown needs more colour, particularly variety of and warmer colours.

IMO too much grey, blue and beige. I don't want a city of biege. So hopefully some of the red will be kept.
