I buy something from him every Christmas. This year he was so busy he sold out everyday early for weeks before Christmas, and then decided to shut down early before the holidays altogether.

He probably does have a lot less corporate sales, but moving to the southside won't help that. He'll probably have more regular customers though or walkby depending on where he locates.
