Nope. That is Rexall's address. I literally just came down from the office to check, hahahaha.
Kunitz's old address is 10846.

I cannot see them leaving. Probably a typo on the address.

They might be just moving, too. Maybe Ice District. I cannot see how 10846 becomes 10818 with typos...

Nice to see continued commercial vibrancy in the Jasper 109 zone. Independent businesses and restaurants are doing well there. A lot of street-level activity, which is great.
