At practically adjacent to 5290 Yonge Street, 5250 Yonge Street, the concourse’ level / P1 level, connects for pedestrians, to North York Centre subway station. Wondering whether if might be feasible to have 5290 Yonge Street, DUCA, Canterbury Place added to the ‘labyrinth’ so that mechanical fall-prone seniors, may window-shop, visit North York Central Library, Empress Walk mall.

Wondering as well whether St. George on Yonge Street, 5350 Yonge Street, might get added one day as well to the ‘labyrinth’, so that individuals who celebrate Christmas, may do so somewhat independently of fairly frequent, fairly heavy-duty weather.

The Yonge street frontage/office component was underbuilt, too stubby. 8-15 floors (with the upper floors as rental or condo) would have been perfect as itd block the view of the ugly retirement building component in the back.
