Yes, they are actually planting trees - which seems somewhat risky to me!

What do they have to lose? If the trees survive all the construction around them - great! otherwise, they'll be re-planted.

That would be a welcome change from all of the illegal parking that usually accompanies construction sites (and that the TPA often turns a blind eye to).

There are too many clicks and pages to go through when utilizing UT's search engine, when Google finds you the thread you are looking for immediately.
