Once they get this bit done I image one of two things to happen. 1, they proceed as originally planned.
OR

2, the owner goes back to the city and tries again to get a bigger building for that area.

I'm predicting option 2

Is there any more room on top of their existing 1 level parkade for another phase? Or is this 6 storey pos under construction the last building that would for atop of it?

I get that north of this building is an open pit…..no doubt about that. I was asking if there is room for another structure on top of the parkade? This building and the taller building are 2 buildings….thought maybe there was room for a 3rd?

Both these guys have missed the boat sssoo bad on our housing boom. They started this BEFORE COVID and look where they are? They could have 6-7 buildings in there now if they had an ounce of wherewithall....

Regency might as well just become a SFH Developer, Their designs Just Scream 2013,

My Ultimate dream is for Regency to just sell of all of their sites and for Westrich, Maclab, Rohit, Truman Homes and Autograph to snatch up the Ol Regency Properties
