People love to complain about stucco, but honestly these plastic panels look way worse.

Those panels look extremely cheap.

I really hope part of Leston’s agreement to use Regency’s Emerald site as a laydown is afterward they sod it and turn it into a nice little green space until Regency decides to develop it (or hell freezes over, whichever happens first).

That said, even better would be Leston, who appear to have some significant financial backing with their recent acquisitions, outright buys it from Regency and immediately start building.

I would definitely prefer the latter, given that Regency can`t even build a shithouse on their Emerald site.
